Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-oriented Paint & Coatings Sales Associate to assist customers with their paint selection and purchasing needs. You will be the go-to expert in our paint department, providing advice and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right paint, coatings, and accessories.
- Provide expert advice on color matching, product features, and application techniques.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked paint department.
- Stay updated on new products and industry trends to provide the best recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in paints, hardware, or building materials is highly preferred.
- Strong product knowledge of paints and coatings.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math and computer skills.

Pay: RO200.000 – RO600.000 per month
