Job Title: Finance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the organization’s financial health by supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis processes. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of financial principles, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Conduct cost analysis to identify efficiency opportunities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit inquiries
- Process invoices, and expense claims in a timely manner
- Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and bank reconciliations
- Reconcile financial data between our internal data warehouse and accounting systems
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure alignment and data integrity
