Full job description
- End-to-End Transportation & Distribution Management: Coordinate the entire cross-border logistics process, including pickup, customs clearance, booking, and delivery. Align national/regional logistics operations, optimize air/sea/land/express workflows, develop standardized SOPs, and ensure seamless interlink coordination to enhance efficiency and punctuality.
- Exception Handling & Vendor Management: Monitor real-time anomalies in logistics (e.g., missing customs documents, tracking irregularities), collaborate with service providers and customers to resolve issues. Establish a vendor KPI evaluation system to improve operational quality, reduce exception rates, and elevate customer experience and vendor service levels.
- Data Monitoring & Cost Optimization: Maintain ITMS and other system data (order creation, vehicle info, delivery timelines). Analyze logistics metrics (profit/loss, KPI performance), develop cost-saving strategies, drive process improvements and system tool adoption to reduce expenses and boost operational efficiency.
- Cross-Border Capability Building & Compliance: Build cross-border logistics expertise and export standardized processes. Study customs policies and regulations to ensure compliant customs declarations, manage high-value/dangerous goods Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Support: Liaise with headquarters, regional, and technical teams to align execution timelines and resource allocation. Deliver tailored solutions to customers, maintain relationships, ensure prompt response to needs, and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
