Full job description
The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets through sales development and field marketing programs for the PerkinElmer Applied (Analytical) portfolio in Denmark.
The current well-established customer base is a mix of large pharmaceutical clients, industrial companies, and academia, but there are many opportunities for expanding market share.
Key responsibilities:
- Competes for all Applied (Analytical) sales opportunities throughout the territory
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationships
- Constantly attempts to secure business in new accounts and follows customer account receivables
- Provides accurate monthly forecasting, updates, and next steps within SFDC every week, as well as timely, correct, and competitive pricing to customers, and submits internal approvals
- Attends seminars, exhibitions, and demonstrations to promote business
- Maintains knowledge of PerkinElmer products, as well as knowledge of competitors’ products, prepares, documents, and updates PerkinElmer presentation aids accordingly
