Steamship Mutual is a P&I insurance company, with 230 employees worldwide. The main office is based near Liverpool Street station, London. We have offices in Bermuda, Brazil, Cyprus, Greece, Hong Kong, New York, Japan, and Singapore.
Overall Job Purpose:
The role is based within the Americas Syndicate. The team looks after Members headquartered in Latin America but many of whom have business interests and subsidiaries worldwide. You will have responsibility for providing FDD/Defence advice and P&I claims handling service. The work of the team covers both FDD/Defence and P&I aspects, with an emphasis on FDD/Defence. The role will provide opportunities for travel.
