KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
· Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
· Ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency
· Coordinate with facilities or engineering teams as needed
Skills
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience specializing in industrial chilled water systems
· Proven expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of:
– 50–400-ton chillers
– Compressors
– Chilled water pumps
– Valve actuators
– Electronic damper actuators
– Water & air temperature sensors
– Water flow switches
– Air differential pressure switches
