MEDITERRANEAN GRILL was established in 2004 and is one of the best restaurants in Helena, Montana. We make everything from scratch with the freshest ingredients and as authentically as possible.
Let our flavors take you to the Mediterranean countries from Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, the Middle East, and Northern Africa to Morocco.
APPLICANTS will be responsible for all kitchen functions, including food purchasing, inventory, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control,l and sanitation and cleanliness.
We are looking for an individual who is innovative, energetic, with great leadership skills, follows given directions from the Senior Executive Chef/Owner, and is not afraid to put in time and energy to bring this successful restaurant to the next level.
