Job Title: Water Infrastructure Project Engineer / APM
Location: Nationwide Travel (100%)
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000/year

Join KEAR Civil, a Top 50 ENR Specialty Contractor, as we deliver vital water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the country. This is a travel-first role for engineers who want to be at the heart of construction, from bid to closeout.
Your Role in the Field:
- Support PMs and Superintendents on heavy civil water construction projects nationwide.
- Drive project controls: manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules (P6 proficiency a plus).
- Turn plans into reality—from estimating support to quality control and final closeout.
- Solve problems proactively using tools like Procore and Bluebeam.
We’re Looking For:
- A BS in Engineering/Construction Management OR 5+ years of direct field experience.
- Strong communicator, highly organized, and adaptable.
- Willingness to travel extensively—this is a road-based position.
