Working directly with the Operations Team, as our Wholesale Picker you will be responsible for Ensuring all orders are picked, packed ensuring FIFO and labelled correctly.
Please note: This role will be based in a warehouse at New Covent Garden Market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Complete daily paperwork with full traceability of the audit trail
· Ensure all orders are picked, packed ensuring FIFO and labelled correctly
· Quality control, staff compliance with company policies, procedure and process controls
· Ensure quality & date coding of the products packed are within specifications
· Ensure safe and efficient pallet management and stocking within the chiller
· Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
· Maintain cleanliness around all areas of the chilled operation and fruit/veg packing areas
· Support other areas of the warehouse
· Fully trained and competent all warehouse procedures relating to Fresh Produce
· Full traceability, DEMETER and BRC S&D compliance at all times
· Quality checking of goods
· Clear in bound of delivery management to ensure smooth supply chain for the product
Person Specification:
· Good communication skills – both verbal and written
· Punctual
· Being able to forward plan to ensure effective and smooth work flow
· Good attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

· Salary of £12.21 per hour

Working Hours:
We are open 7 days a week and this role will involve you working 5 days a week on rotation-based shifts.
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
