Job Summary
A leading international mobility services organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operational performance across its car rental and fleet services business. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, fleet optimization, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across rental locations, branches, and support functions
- Manage fleet operations, including vehicle availability, utilization, maintenance, and replacement planning
- Ensure high standards of customer service delivery and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance controls
- Monitor and optimize KPIs, operational costs, and productivity metrics
- Lead, coach, and manage operations teams, including branch managers and supervisors
- Coordinate with commercial, finance, and maintenance teams to align operational goals
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies
- Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business growth objectives
Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of operations management experience within car rental, mobility services, or automotive operations
- Proven experience managing multi-branch or multi-location operations
- Strong knowledge of fleet management, utilization planning, and service operations
- Prior experience working in the GCC region is highly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
