This two-year Shipping Trainee programme will place you in a global and widely connected environment in the maritime space. The objective is that you continue your career with NORDEN after the programme.
You will be working in our Annapolis office, but you will not be doing the programme alone—this programme welcomes several Trainees across different offices.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree – could be from anywhere in the world.
- You have the legal right to work in the US.
- You are able to communicate effectively in English.
- The process
The recruitment process consists of one or two interviews. You will be asked to complete a behavioural and cognitive assessment before the first interview.
